ESG Reporting – Sustainability: carbon footprint of organization and product


The obligation to report on sustainability (ESG) applies to an increasing number of companies. EU CSRD directive, which came into force on January 5, 2023, expanded the group of obligated entities. We took part in the seminar “Sustainability: carbon footprint of organization and product”, dedicated to the most important aspects of calculating the carbon footprint and reporting obligations in this area.

The event, organized by the British-Polish Chamber of Commerce, was held at TGC Corporate Lawyers’ office in Wroclaw. The meeting was be hosted by experts from our law firm, Starzyk Group and Redshaw Advisors.

Artur Rogozik and Michał Frąckowiak from TGC Corporate Lawyers discussed the legal basis for ESG reporting and obligations in this area in 2023 and beyond.
