#HRThursday: Whistleblowers – how to implement whistleblowing procedures?


On 17 December 2021 the companies with more than 250 employees will become obliged to implement the protection of the so-called “whistleblowers”, i.e. persons who report violations of EU regulations at workplaces. Employers may be threatened with heavy sanctions if they fail to adjust to the new legislation.
