The coronavirus pandemic has made a strong negative impact on the labour market, and the coming months may be equally difficult for many companies. What should businesses pay attention to when facing the need to reduce employment and how to prepare for this process?
We invite to a free webinar for employers about the most important issues related to employment contract termination.
The webinar date: 8 October 2020 (Thursday) Time: 11:00 am - 11:45 am
During the webinar, we will discuss the ways of employment contract termination, i.e. by mutual consent, with notice of one of the parties, as well as without notice period.
We will also address the issue of formal requirements to be met by the documentation on the basis of which the employment relationship is terminated. Furthermore, we will also raise the issue of individual dismissal of an employee from work on the basis of the so-called Act on Collective Redundancies and the obligations of the employer in this respect.
The agenda:
Ways of employment contract termination provided for in the Labour Code
Formal requirements for employment termination
Reasons for termination
Termination of employment contract for reasons not related to an employee - individual redundancies under the Act on Collective Redundancies

Participation in the event is free of charge. The webinar will be conducted in Polish.
