From 17 December 2021, companies with more than 250 employees will be required to implement new regulations on the protection of whistleblowers. Two years later – on 17 December 2023 – the same procedures will start to apply to the remaining employers. We invite you to view a free webinar for employers during which experts from TGC Corporate Lawyers explained who may be a whistleblower and how such individuals may be properly protected, as well as how to protect your organisation against the risk of reporting irregularities.

  • New obligations for businesses in the light of the Directive on whistleblower protection:
    • development of an internal system for reporting breaches;
    • procedure to be followed in case irregularities are reported
  • How to protect yourself against the reporting of breaches?
    • Audit of processes and procedures;
    • Implementation of general and sector procedures and policies;
    • How to monitor correct operation of the organisation?
    • How to properly communicate with stakeholders?
