On 1 December 2022, the Sejm adopted the amendment to the Labour Code which introduces remote work to Polish regulations. This also means new obligations for employers. What are the most important changes and how can businesses prepare?
Despite the growing popularity of remote work, it has not been formally regulated in the Polish Labour Code. From the new year, this will change. Remote and hybrid work will be allowed, and in certain situations employers will have to consent to the employee working remotely. Employers will have to provide remote workers with work materials and tools, as well as cover the costs associated with working outside the office.
Date of the webinar: 16 December 2022
