Contract Administration has been awarded the MSUA (ISAE) 3402 certificate since 2016. As part of the certification process, the company undergoes an annual audit, including an assessment of internal control in key business processes. The purpose of the certified designed controls is to minimize the risk on the part of the customer, related to, among others, loss of confidentiality of information, lack of compliance of personal data processing with GDPR, embezzlement, legal errors or lack of continuity of service provision.
ISAE certification is a confirmation for our customers that the processes they entrust to us are carried out in a safe manner, thanks to highly qualified, conscious staff, implementation of demanding internal procedures and modern IT technologies – says Barbara Kwaśna, Contract Administration Quality and Optimization Consultant.
The audit included verification of the correctness and quality of control mechanisms and the effectiveness of process supervision. As a result of a positive outcome of the audit, Contract Administration received a Certificate of Compliance with Internal Control Testing based on the International Standard of Attestation Services MSUA (ISAE) 3402.
