Deadline for submitting notifications to the CRBR extended

The Ministry of Finance has extended the deadline for accepting notifications to the Central Register of Beneficial Owners (CRBR) due to the interruptions in the system functioning. The Ministry will inform about the new deadline in a separate announcement.

The statutory deadline of 13 July 2020 for the submission of first notifications to the CRBR has been postponed until the technical problems related to access to the electronic system supporting the register have been resolved. Despite periodic difficulties in filling in the form and the maintenance works on trusted profile, companies can still send their notifications.

We would like to remind that the Central Register of Beneficial Owners aims at collecting and processing information about beneficial owner, i.e. natural persons exercising direct or indirect control over a company and its board members.
