Jacek Skowroński joins Advartis Group as HR Director

Jacek Skowroński has joined Advartis Group as HR Director. He is responsible for the HR strategy and function across Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia. His experience in leading transformation within international organizations will support the Group in delivering its growth plans. 

Jacek brings more than 25 years of HR leadership experience gained in international technology, digital and business services companies. He specializes in organizational transformation, business scaling, HR operating model design, and the integration of teams and processes across multiple countries. 

At Advartis, Jacek will lead the continued development of the HR function and support leaders and employees as the organization grows. His priorities will include developing skills and talent, strengthening collaboration between teams in all three countries, and introducing consistent HR solutions aligned with the Group’s business objectives.
