Karol Skibniewski Joins the Team of Experts at TGC Corporate Lawyers

In September, Karol Skibniewski joined the TGC Corporate Lawyers team as a Partner responsible for the Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) practice.

His appointment further strengthens the firm’s capabilities in transaction advisory, corporate law, and strategic business support for companies operating in both the Polish and international markets.

Karol Skibniewski is an attorney-at-law (legal counsel) and an expert in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, corporate restructuring, and corporate governance. For more than 15 years, he has advised Polish and international businesses on strategic projects, ranging from ongoing corporate support to complex, high-value, multi-stage transactions.

He specializes in comprehensive transaction advisory, investment projects, group reorganizations, and corporate governance matters. He supports clients throughout the entire transaction process, from structuring and due diligence, through negotiations and transaction documentation, to the implementation of organizational changes.

Karol has extensive experience advising private and public companies, investment funds, and international corporate groups. He also provides guidance on commercial contracts, compliance matters, and business financing. Throughout his career, he has successfully coordinated multi-jurisdictional projects and collaborated with international advisory teams.

His practical experience extends beyond private practice and includes serving as in-house counsel for international businesses. This perspective enables him to fully understand commercial objectives, decision-making processes, and the challenges faced by executive management teams.

A particular strength of Karol Skibniewski is his combination of legal and economic expertise. He holds degrees in law, finance and accounting, as well as business strategy, allowing him to approach projects not only from a legal perspective but also through a financial and strategic lens.
