New Director of Company Law Department joins TGC

Anna Szczerba joined TGC Corporate Lawyers as Director of Company Law Department.

Anna Szczerba has over 15 years of experience in providing corporate services to Polish and international clients. She specializes in corporate secretarial services to companies and supports businesses in starting operations in Poland, especially in formation of new companies and branch offices and sales of shelf companies. She also advises on company liquidation process.

Anna Szczerba holds a degree from Warsaw University Law and Administration Faculty. She is also a graduate of the Center for American Law Studies run in cooperation with the University of Florida and post-graduate studies in European and Polish company law, real estate management as well as post-graduate management studies at Warsaw School of Economics.

In 2021, also Piotr Dudek joined TGC as Director for New Technologies, Defence and Aerospace.
