New Director of TGC Corporate Lawyers Labour Law Department

Magdalena Wilkoszewska took the position of the Director of the Labour Law Department at TGC Corporate Lawyers in February 2020.

Magdalena Wilkoszewska graduated from the Faculty of Law at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. Since 2008 she has been an attorney at law. She has been working for TGC Corporate Lawyers for 7 years.

In her new position Magdalena Wilkoszewska is accountable for managing the department offering services in the area of labour law, providing regular consultancy on agreements, contracts and internal company policies, assisting in the processes of recruitment or dismissal of employees, employee protection, employee outsourcing, accidents at work and global mobility, i.e. employment of foreigners and posting of employees. The scope of her duties also includes representing clients in court disputes related to mobbing and discrimination, accidents at work or employee claims resulting from termination of employment contracts.
