Piotr Dudek joins TGC’s team

TGC Corporate Lawyers is pleased to announce that Piotr Dudek joins the firm as Director for New Technologies, Defence and Aerospace.

Piotr Dudek is an advocate who specializes in intellectual property law and legal services to defence & aerospace sector. Piotr also handles a variety of intellectual property transactions in publishing, IT, film production and defence sector.

Piotr Dudek conducted due diligence examinations of companies, with a particular focus on the portfolio of intellectual property rights. He participated in negotiations of offset, delivery and implementing contracts, also with regard to a transfer of technology from global defence industry leaders to Polish industry. Piotr has also handled real estate transactions, corporate projects and advised on issues related to commercial leases.

TGC has created a new practice is response to the clients‘ needs and the growing importance of the new technologies sector as well as defence & aerospace industry. Piotr brings industry knowledge and many years of experience in cooperation with entities from those sectors. Piotr Dudek is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Warsaw University and the Centre of English and European Law at the University of Cambridge. He also holds an LL.M. degree in IP law from Queen Mary University of London. He is a member of the Warsaw Bar Association.
