Piotr Kryczek joins TGC Corporate Lawyers

In April 2024, Piotr Kryczek, attorney at law, joined the TGC Corporate Lawyers team as Counsel. With his experience, Piotr will strengthen the dynamically developing labour law practice constituting a major line of TGC’s business.

Piotr Kryczek is a highly regarded expert in the field of labour law, repeatedly recommended in the Chambers and Legal500 rankings.

He was a co-founder of the CDZ Chajec & Partners law firm, where for nearly 20 years he was a partner responsible for labour law and personal data protection, as well as issues related to intellectual property law and competition law. Previously, he was associated with GESSEL law firm and was responsible for legal issues at CANAL+ Polska for several years.

Charity and pro bono activities occupy an important place in Piotr Kryczek’s professional career. He supported private foundations, such as the Polish Modern Art Foundation, La Strada Foundation or Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights (in the Strategic Litigation Programme, among other initiatives). In 2008, he was recognized in the “Pro Bono Lawyer” competition organised on behalf of the Republic of Poland for providing legal assistance as part of the Pro Bono Centre at the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw. In 2012, he was the winner of “Forbes” magazine competition –“ Forbes Professionals – Public Trust Professions”.

Piotr Kryczek graduated in law from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. He is a member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw.  He takes part in marathons and mountain running, he is also a lover of early music and painting, especially old Japanese art.
