[Poland] Invoicing in KSeF – all companies in Poland covered by 2027

Polish companies will gradually switch to electronic invoicing from 1 February 2026. The reform has been delayed, but the Ministry of Finance has confirmed the timetable for its introduction.

The National System for Electronic Invoicing (KSeF) will soon become a reality. Electronic invoicing will be compulsory from 1 February 2026 for companies with a turnover of more than €45 million, and from 1 April 2026 for all others, except for micro-companies, which have time to comply until 1 January 2027.

Digitalisation is our opportunity to become a leader in Central Europe. We are successfully implementing further solutions, following the example of the ePUAP public administration communication portal, launched in 2008 – explains Piotr Dudek, Director of the New Technologies, Defence & Aerospace Department at TCG Corporate for the French economic daily Les Echos.

The experience we have will help guarantee the reliability of the new system’s operation, despite the fact that Poland is among the top European countries most vulnerable to cyber attacks, just after Ukraine and the UK – adds the expert.

The article is available only in French.
