Remote working after the coronavirus. New regulations needed


Until the introduction of new provisions in the labour law regulating remote work, employers who employ people in this form are obliged to base on internal work regulations. There are no guidelines for what remote working regulations should include.

It is in the employer’s interest to regulate practical issues, such as the employee’s obligations, health and safety at remote work, the rules of its execution together with the rules of using the necessary equipment or personal data protection – says Magdalena Wilkoszewska from TGC Corporate Lawyers for Polska the Times.
