Are you setting up a company in Poland? You need to have e-Delivery box

If you are setting up a company or sole proprietorship (JDG) in Poland after 1 January 2025, you are required to set up an individual e-Delivery address. Entities registered before 31 December 2024 will also soon be subject to this obligation.

CJEU on payment terms – how will the ruling affect the practice of commercial contracting?

Spatial planning reform in Poland – what challenges for investors?
