There are new draft regulations on pay transparency

The Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Policy has published an updated draft regulation on pay transparency. The new proposal implements EU legislation and clarifies, amongst other things, the principles governing job evaluation and the establishment of pay structures, whilst also introducing a definition of the term ‘pay structure’.

The draft legislation requires employers to apply uniform criteria when assessing all job roles. At the same time, employers with at least 100 employees will be required to report on the pay gap. If unjustified differences (of at least 5%) are identified, corrective measures will need to be implemented

You can find the draft bill and the regulation here.
