He has more than a decade of experience advising on a wide range of M&A, private equity and venture capital (PE/VC), joint venture, restructuring, corporate governance, and general corporate matters, ranging from small-scale engagements to large and complex projects. He has worked on both domestic and international transactions across various industries, including regulated sectors. He also has experience in financing transactions and capital markets projects. In addition, he has advised companies while serving as a seconded in-house counsel.

He negotiates agreements and coordinates teams ranging from several to several dozen professionals. He provides clients with comprehensive support and delivers effective outcomes across multiple areas, combining legal expertise with a strong understanding of business and finance.
