STAGE 2: Selection of CVs
After sending an application, the HR department will analyse your CV while cooperating with heads of departments.
People whose experience suits our expectations best will be invited to the next stage which may be either the Assessment Centre or a first interview.
STAGE 3: Invitation to the first interview
During the first interview, the candidate will meet a person from the HR Department as well as with a head/representative of the department in which he will be to work in.
This interview aims at becoming acquainted with the candidate (his experience, level of knowledge and command of English) as well as presenting our company, specific character of the position and becoming familiar with mutual expectations more widely.
In the case of medium and higher-level positions we may invite the candidate to one or two more interviews.
STAGE 4: Presentation of an offer and completion of a recruitment process
During this stage, we will present the candidate-finalist with an offer of cooperation and complete the formalities.
Before presentation of a final offer of cooperation, the candidate may be asked for telephone references.
STAGE 5: Onboarding of a new employee
We welcome you on the board!
During the first days of working together, our new employee will take part in an all-day onboarding program, which includes among others:
health and safety training, meeting with the HR Department, with the Information Security Administrator, IT representative and familiarizing oneself with the applicable rules and benefits functioning in the company.
Presentation of the employee’s rights and obligations as well as opportunities for development and career paths available in the organization as well as presentation of his place of work.
Office tour, that is becoming familiar with our office and its employees as well as representatives of relevant departments.
