1. LABOUR LAW

  • subsidy to employees’ remuneration – subsidy from the Guaranteed Employee Benefits Fund (FGŚP) and subsidy from the starost
  • changes in working time – limitation of uninterrupted rest, introduction of an equivalent working time system, application of less favourable employment conditions
  • new rights of the employer to ensure the continuity of the enterprise – changes in the system or work schedule
  • abandoning the collection of social security contributions from micro-entrepreneurs
