Supporting insolvent entities or entities in threat of insolvency
Legal support in the course of all actions related to the preparation and filing of petting in bankruptcy/ restructuring petition:
- Legal analysis of the financial situation of a debtor / company in threat of insolvency
- Representing clients in bankruptcy / restructuring in bankruptcy / restructuring proceedings towards the judge-commissioner, receiver, court supervisor, administrator and creditors
- Assistance in selecting the restructuring option most beneficial for the client
- Legal advice on the preparation of a restructuring plan or arrangement proposal
- Drafting and review of documentation in bankruptcy proceedings, including applications for exclusion from the bankruptcy estate,
- Representing creditors in court cases, legal representation, including proceedings against debtors concerning:
- declaring a ban on conducting business activity or occupying certain positions
- failure to file petition in bankruptcy
- Reducing risk of sanctions for management for the company’s obligations
