TGC Corporate Lawyers provides client support in the area of protection and processing of personal data. We make sure that our clients act in accordance with Polish and international personal data protection regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We help to minimize the risk of potential inspections or sanctions by the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

Our advisory includes the ongoing assessment of the company’s compliance with the applicable laws and preparation of necessary policies.  We conduct audits of procedures and GDPR documentation, present recommendations for corrective actions and support clients in their implementation.
