On 1 June, the amended consumer law will come into force, thanks to which sole traders will be able to exercise the same rights to return goods purchased online as individuals.
As a result of the introduced changes, about 3 million buyers will obtain consumer rights. Currently, only a natural person has the right to return goods purchased online without giving any reason. They have at least fourteen days to do so. What will this mean for the e-commerce sector? How to prepare for the upcoming changes?
