The use of electronic delivery will soon become mandatory for commercial companies. Although replacing the traditional written form of communication with e-delivery will facilitate and speed up communication and proceedings, the implementation of the new obligation may be challenging for many entrepreneurs. Join us for a free webinar to find out how and when to prepare for the transition to e-delivery.
Location: Poland, Online
Date of the webinar: 4 October 2023, 3.00 p.m. – 3.30 p.m. CET
Language: English / Polish language version available
Commercial companies will soon be obliged to create an address for electronic delivery and enter this address to the Electronic Address Database. Until now, the entrepreneurs could opt whether to use e-delivery. From 10 December 2023, an electronic form of communication with public administration authorities will become mandatory for most companies registered with the National Court Register.
The transition to e-delivery can be challenging for businesses, since requires many changes to change internal procedures for the circulation of electronic documentation. We advise to start preparing the organisation for the implementation of the new obligations as early as possible, e.g. by submitting an application for the creation of a mailbox with an e-delivery address in advance (i.e. before the statutory deadline).
