Webinar: E-delivery for commercial companies in Poland – has your company already implemented e-delivery?

The use of electronic delivery has become mandatory for companies. Replacing the traditional written form of communication with e-delivery will facilitate and speed up communication and proceedings. The implementation of this obligation may be challenging for many entrepreneurs. View the recording from our webinar to find out how and when to prepare for the transition to e-delivery.

Location: Online
Date of the webinar: 9 October 2025, 3:00 pm – 3:30 pm CET
Language: English / Polish language version available

Commercial companies are obliged to create an address for electronic delivery and enter this address to the Electronic Address Database. From 1 April 2025, an electronic form of communication with public administration authorities is mandatory for most companies registered with the National Court Register.

The transition to e-delivery can be challenging for businesses, since it requires many changes, such as modifying internal procedures for the circulation of electronic documentation.
