The eKRS service is to be integrated with e-Delivery and the Central Register of Economic Activity and Information (CEIDG). A number of facilitations are also proposed for foreign entrepreneurs.
The Ministry of Justice plans to merge eKRS with CEIDG and eDelivery. The changes are to be implemented by mid-2023, and the aim is to enable entrepreneurs to deal with as many matters as possible in one place. It is also planned to facilitate the online setting up of limited liability companies and branches by foreign entrepreneurs.

Artur Rogozik, partner at TGC Corporate Lawyers, in a comment for Dziennik Gazeta Prawna, gives a positive view on these ideas. He says that currently law firms providing services to foreign investors face problems when setting up limited liability companies with direct participation of entrepreneurs from other countries, because in practice it is most often not possible to carry out this operation over the Internet.
