Patryk Galicki – new partner in TGC Corporate Lawyers

In September 2023, Patryk Galicki, legal advisor, joined the team of TGC Corporate Lawyers as Partner. Patryk will reinforce the real estate practice, in particular in transaction area.

Patryk Galicki has over 20 years of legal practice. He is a valued expert in real estate law, recommended by the Legal 500 EMEA. He specializes in commercial real estate transactions, including sale transactions of office, industrial and retail properties. He also handles financing and refinancing investments and real estate lease transactions.

Before joining TGC, Patryk Galicki was associated with Polish and foreign law firms, he was a partner in such law firms as CDZ Chajec & Partners and Bird & Bird, he also cooperated with K &L Gates and Eversheds Sutherland. He carried out projects for Polish and foreign clients, including international investment and private equity funds, investors, developers and financial institutions.

After a difficult period of the pandemic and turbulence in the financial markets, the commercial real estate market is stabilizing and the number of transactions keeps growing. This is a positive impulse to an increased interest in professional advisory in this area.
